We are looking for:

a meticulous and strategic Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) Partner to join our team and help us build the future of finance. We are seeking an expert in talent identification and engagement with a deep understanding of how to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is methodical, data-informed, and skilled at building initial relationships with top-tier professionals in the digital financial markets industry. Your work will be fundamental to our ability to attract specialized talent in a competitive market. The person will work under the supervision of a Talent Partner and will also be handling selected full-cycle hiring processes. The role can over time evolve into an independent full-cycle Talent Partner one.

Role Description:

As a Talent Partner & Sourcer, you will be responsible for the top-of-funnel recruitment activities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for our open roles.
