What Youll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles (operations, entry-level, offshore, and support).
- Source top talent through creative channels LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines with clear metrics and predictable hiring velocity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and prioritize hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally.
- Use data and tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, ATS systems like Manatal or Workable) to track performance and hiring metrics.
- Continuously optimize the recruiting process for efficiency and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Client Success to support account growth and staffing demands.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2-5 years of experience in high-volume or startup recruitment.
- Have worked in remote-first or fast-scaling companies and know how to build from scratch.
- Move with urgency and ownership you treat recruiting like sales: pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Are resourceful you get things done even with lean tools and systems.
- Communicate with confidence, clarity, and warmth both internally and externally.
- Experience recruiting international or offshore talent
