PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Entry-level technical consultant providing first-line support (level 1) and supervised installation & configuration across the Oracle Primavera toolset (P6 EPPM/PPM and related products). Builds foundational capability in the Primavera / Project Controls stack and supporting cloud environments (OCI/Azure) while delivering quality client outcomes within SLAs. Open to learning — prior Primavera experience is not essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical
Provide first-line support across phone/chat/email for the Oracle Primavera product set; triage, resolve & escalate within SLA.
Carry out supervised installation & configuration of Primavera toolset components (P6 EPPM/PPM), building capability through structured learning.
Gain supervised exposure to PPDC and cloud environments (OCI/Azure); maintain data quality & complete audits to process.
Produce clear documentation; contribute to the knowledge base.
Consulting
Gather stakeholder information and communicate clearly.
Comply 100% with policy & SLAs; apply structured support practices; commit to continuous learning.
Contribute to team delivery and support sales activities as directed.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory (must-have)
Customer-service experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer literacy.

Genuine willingness to learn the Oracle Primavera toolset and PPDC / cloud environments.
Preferred (nice-to-have)
Exposure to Oracle Primavera, Oracle Database or cloud platforms (OCI/Azure).
Service-desk or call-centre background.
Exposure to a work-/service-management platform (e.g. Autotask).
