As a Temporary Customer Success Associate at careerzynith, you will be the frontline ambassador who turns casual browsers into loyal brand advocates. Working evenings and weekends, you will provide timely, empathetic, and solution‑driven support across phone, email, and chat channels. Role Overview

This part‑time, remote position is scheduled for Friday through Sunday, 2 pm – 10 pm EST. You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including merchandising, logistics, and product development—to ensure that every customer interaction reflects careerzynith’s high standards of service.
