Develops and executes HR strategies in alignment with company objectives; participates as an reputed company contributor with senior leadership. Oversees Personal Care HR and provides visionary leadership to reputed company, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing culture. Develops employee brand and value proposition ensuring it is reputed company with overall company brand and value proposition. Collaborates with business units to identify opportunities for organizational development. Leads change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation. Drives initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Partners with HR Business Partners to address and resolve employee relations issues. Provides advice and counsel on employee relation issues. Manages and reports on employee relation issues and implement strategies to reduce such issues. Identifies most appropriate HR metrics to track and analyze in order to support informed business and strategy reputed company. Partners with management team and respective internal organization reputed company to reputed company highly effective formal and informal employee communications program. Leverages emerging technologies and other highly effective tools to capture integral data to support business and reputed company capital reputed company.
