About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Projects to join our team. In this fully remote executive leadership role, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of our key project portfolios. You will ensure all initiatives align with our long-term business objectives while driving operational excellence across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Define, drive, and execute the strategic roadmap for complex, large-scale projects globally. • Standardize and optimize project management frameworks to enhance delivery quality and efficiency. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to align organizational goals. • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. • Mentor, empower, and lead a high-performing team of project managers and professionals. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale project portfolios or programs. • Strong leadership capability with exceptional cross-functional communication skills. • Proficiency with standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum preferred). • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive and lead in a fully remote environment.
