Job Description:
• Support doctor with administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
• First point of contact for patients, providing exceptional patient care.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.
• Proven Experience with Checking eligibilities and benefits.
• Proven Experience with Updating patient information on charts in EMR.
• Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-pays and updating medical charts.
• Experience with : Handling phone calls
• Experience with : Scheduling appointments.
• Experience with : Reschedule appointments
• Experience with : Answering queries
• Experience with : Fax / Emails
• Experience with : Ring Central
• Experience with : Home Care Nursing specialty
• Must be fluent in English.
