POSITION SUMMARY The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) is responsible for engaging Health Care Professionals (HCPs) virtually to promote the Celltrion Immunology product portfolio. The key objective is to maximize the portfolio’s selling potential. VSR achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs and critical Office Staff by educating them about priority products as well as market access opportunities. The VSR utilizes approved tools for product promotion and maintains a competent level of product, program, and customer activity knowledge. The VSR is expected to collaborate with Client field-based teams and Management. Territory assignment: WEST Coast area KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive sales targets and assist with vacancy management in the assigned region. • Collaborate with Immunology Sales Specialists for effective customer engagement and office coverage. • Develop and implement call plans targeting medical experts with the right messaging and frequency. • Utilize resources and marketing materials to enhance sales calls and promotional efforts. • Manage daily call activities to influence sales and maintain productivity metrics. • Profile and manage HCPs to grow product volume and achieve quarterly sales quotas. • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems and prepare reports for management. • Comply with company policies and regulations, ensuring high ethical standards. • Be prepared for extended travel to cover vacancies as needed. • To the extent VSR responsibilities include making telephone calls to HCPs or any other prospective customer, such telephone calls are in no way made with the intent of completing any sales transaction related to any Celltrion product or service. WORK EXPERIENCE • 2+ years in a B2B environment or equivalent experience preferred. • Experience in promotion of Immunology products. • Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, and new product launches. EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or business-related field). CORE COMPETENCIES • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proven ability to build rapport, listen actively, and effectively convey complex information. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in technology for virtual interactions. • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills. • Must be able to successfully complete product training and meet all training expectations. • Complete all the required business administration requirements in an ethical and timely manner. • Demonstrated effective decision-making, problem solving skills, and strategic thinking with outstanding communication skills.
