Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Planning & Operations to lead and scale our end-to-end sales planning, forecasting, and operations engine. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the CRO and sales leadership team, driving rigor, visibility, and execution across the global revenue organization.

What You Will Do

Own the global forecasting cadence, lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, establish standardized planning frameworks, develop and deliver executive-level reporting, lead global sales operations processes, drive cross-functional alignment, define and execute global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and design, run, and scale global AI Sales Programs.
