Role Overview

We are seeking a VP of Health Plan Partnerships to grow revenue and strategic footprint within our existing payer partners. You will own post-land expansion strategy, uncover new use cases, and drive adoption across additional lines of business, regions, and member populations.

What You Will Do

Own expansion revenue across existing health plan partners, including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and multi-year growth plans. Develop and execute executive-level account expansion strategies that map stakeholders, identify whitespace, and prioritize growth pathways.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must-have: 10-15 years of experience selling into health plans, with a strong record of exceeding expansion/renewal or account growth targets. Proven success expanding enterprise payer accounts, including multi-threading, selling new use cases, and growing contract value over time.
