Whether it is helping parents enroll their newborn baby into health coverage, or supporting someone through their retirement benefit elections, you will be caring for our customers’ meaningful life moments.  

You bring the experience, and we have the training covered!  All you need is,

• Windows 10 or newer computer or laptop
• Dependable internet access
• Dedicated workspace free of noise and distractions
• Flexiblility to work any 8 hour shift between 8AM - 11PM EST, possible OT when needed

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day interactions include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer provided benefits such as:
