They are seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Representative to drive strategic growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and provide leads
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Manage pipeline using Clarity.ai CRM
- Track activities and performance metrics
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Follow up and nurture leads consistently
- Use ClickUp for task and pipeline management
Skills
- 2–5 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong earning drive
- B2B sales: 3 years (Required)
- B2B sales experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Tech, web, or app development sales experience is a plus
