Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. YER USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support the expansion of the South/Midwest market. This role is critical in planning, organizing, and managing multiple accounts while developing new opportunities in the valves and actuators sector.
Responsibilities
- Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and prospects
- Build and nurture strong business relationships
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to wholesale distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers' representatives to secure new business
- Leverage exceptional analytical skills to identify hidden potential demand for the company’s products among both new and existing customers
Skills
- Extensive technical knowledge and understanding of valve technologies (experience with ball valves is a significant advantage) and actuator systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities, interpret data, and make logical, evidence-based decisions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to coordinate marketing initiatives with local independent manufacturer representative agencies
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successfully building and maintaining positive business relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software tools
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- A four-year degree or technical qualification is an asset but not mandatory
