[Remote] Senior Product Manager for A.I.

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RightClick is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to own the product roadmap for a suite of AI-driven platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering to define quality standards and translate complex AI features into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the AI product roadmap across contact center AI, forecasting, conversational analytics, and media intelligence
• Define and implement quality, safety, and evaluation standards for AI/ML features
• Partner closely with engineering on model design, architecture, and trade-off decisions
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Guide AI products from concept through production shipping

Skills

• At least 7 years of professional experience in product management
• At least 2 years driving AI/ML products from concept to production (not just AI-adjacent experience)
• Working fluency in LLMs, agentic architectures, and evaluation methodologies, sufficient to engage credibly with engineers
• Demonstrated experience defining quality, safety, and evaluation standards for AI or ML features
• Strong track record of shipping AI products, not just supporting them
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in regulated-data environments (e.g., HIPAA, GxP) is a plus but not required
