Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex Finance transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery and improving efficiency and quality in Finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Finance transformation programs and end-to-end project delivery from definition through execution, adoption and value realization
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) and Financial Planning & Analysis
- Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define scope, success metrics, timelines, resourcing and governance
- Drive process-centric project execution, ensuring impacts to upstream/downstream finance processes are clearly understood
- Apply structured program and project management practices to plan, execute, monitor and de-risk multi-phase initiatives
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with finance process standards, controls and business objectives
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track delivery progress, process performance and business impact
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability
- Drive change management activities, including communication, training, UAT coordination, and operational readiness
- Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or process‑driven initiatives
- Proven track record leading large, cross‑functional programs with measurable results
- Experience leading initiatives that include process improvement and operational change
- Experience with Finance systems and reporting/analytics platforms
- Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrixed organization
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong leadership experience)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
