They are seeking a highly technical, execution-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across various industries, orchestrating complex deployments and driving standardization efforts to shape Siemens' future deployment models.
Responsibilities
- Leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs from opportunity shaping through scoping, deployment, lifecycle support and value realization
- Managing complex strategic initiatives across automation, industrial software, executable digital twins, AI, Industrial Edge, SCADA, data platforms, and IT/OT environments
- Providing program leadership for high-visibility customer and ecosystem partner engagements, including emerging technology initiatives and strategic accounts and other next-generation manufacturing and infrastructure programs
- Driving executive alignment, governance, financial oversight, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across Siemens organizations, partners, and customers
- Leading the deployment approach for greenfield factories, datacenters, advanced manufacturing facilities, and critical infrastructure projects
- Collaborating with customers and Siemens business units to define future-state architectures, implementation roadmaps, and scalable deployment strategies
- Helping establish Siemens as a trusted advisor for large-scale digital transformation and industrial modernization programs
- Driving the creation of repeatable deployment models, reference architectures, best practices, governance frameworks, and reusable technical assets
- Identifying lessons learned across projects and transforming them into scalable organizational capabilities
- Establishing program management disciplines that improve delivery consistency, speed, quality, and customer outcomes
- Coordinating cross-functional teams spanning software, automation, operations technology, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, systems integration, and consulting organizations
- Serving as the technical and operational integration point across Siemens business units, delivery teams, partners, and customer stakeholders
- Driving alignment between solution architecture, deployment execution, and customer business outcomes
- Managing dependencies across complex ecosystems involving internal teams, third-party partners, engineering firms, contractors, and system integrators
- Supporting the incubation and operationalization of emerging Siemens technologies, deployment models, and digital transformation offerings
- Working closely with portfolio management, product organizations, field CTO teams, and delivery organizations to validate new approaches and drive market adoption
- Providing direct feedback from customer deployments to influence future product direction and solution development
- Establishing program governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reviews, and performance metrics
- Communicating program status, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Driving accountability across complex stakeholder landscapes while maintaining focus on customer outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, industrial transformation initiatives, or large-scale deployment projects
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs involving software, automation, manufacturing, infrastructure, or operational technology environments
- Proven ability to lead mission-critical programs involving multiple organizations, partners, and technical disciplines while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, risk, and business outcomes
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and leading matrixed teams
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for future sponsorship
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Federal / Government, Datacenter, Consumer Packaged Goods, Semiconductor
- Technical understanding of industrial automation, MES/MOM, SCADA, Industrial Edge, digital twins, AI, cloud architectures, and industrial software platforms
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield manufacturing programs, critical infrastructure projects, or large-scale facility modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with systems integration, EPC environments, operational technology architectures, and industrial cybersecurity considerations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical execution to measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational leadership capabilities
- Ability to influence without authority across large, matrixed organizations
