Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with life sciences companies to capitalize on their commercial capabilities and innovation efforts. You will assist clients in scaling digital solutions across the full lifecycle of opportunity creation and value realization within the commercial life sciences domain.
What You Will Do
You will identify emerging commercial challenges, design and develop scalable commercial solutions, and drive adoption and scale across clients. You will also engage senior commercial stakeholders, lead pilot engagements, and support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Life Sciences industry
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Life Science, sales and marketing related field
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business and sales and marketing processes
- Expertise in one or more commercial domains: Sales/field force operations, omnichannel marketing, market access/pricing, patient services
- Solid familiarity with sales and marketing systems – CRM, CMS, marketing automation systems, marketing analytics, and/or social listening platforms
