Position Summary:

We’re seeking a highly analytical, performance-obsessed Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead and scale digital acquisition across emerging and high-growth platforms. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and serve as a key driver of efficient, measurable revenue growth. This is not a campaign execution role alone; it’s a strategic growth position. You will own end-to-end paid media strategy across channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Programmatic, translating business objectives into scalable acquisition programs that deliver against CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets. You’ll be entrusted with significant autonomy to make informed budget, bidding, and optimization decisions grounded in data and deep platform expertise. Your ability to test aggressively, analyze rigorously, and scale responsibly will directly influence channel mix, spend allocation, and overall growth performance. If you’re equal parts operator and strategist, analytical in approach, creative in testing, and relentless about performance improvement, this role offers the opportunity to make outsized impact.
